Space Weather Modification: HAARP and the Sky Heaters

Space Weather Modification: HAARP and the Sky Heaters

What is Space Weather Modification?

Space weather refers to the variable conditions in the space environment between the sun and Earth that can affect systems and technologies in orbit and on Earth. It can include phenomena like radio blackouts, solar radiation storms, and geomagnetic storms. Space weather is caused by the sun's behavior, Earth's magnetic field and atmosphere, and our location in the solar system. The active elements of space weather are particles, electromagnetic energy, and magnetic fields. These can interact with Earth's magnetic field and upper atmosphere to produce a variety of effects.

Space Weather Modification is the inadvertent or intentional attempt by humans to alter our upper atmosphere with Ionospheric Heating, Plasma Seeding, Upper Atmospheric Chemical Release, and Geophysical Warfare.

Space Weather Modification technology has advanced to the point where our own environment is now being used as a weapon, and the stakes could not be any higher. If you thought the cold-war was bad, you ain’t seen nothing yet. This hidden history is now exposed in the following series of articles, our Interactive Timeline, and a map of three currently operational Ionospheric Heaters.

Historic Presidential Commentary

if the Soviets control space they can control earth, as in past centuries the nation that controlled the seas dominated the continents.” Senator John F. Kennedy agreed during the 1960 presidential campaign.

Control of space means control of the world quote by Vice President Lyndon Johnson
“Control of space means control of the world,” Johnson declared. “From space, the masters of infinity would have the power to control the earth’s weather, to cause drought and flood, to change the tides and raise the levels of the sea, to divert the gulf stream and change temperate climates to frigid.”

Ionospheric Heater FAQ

What is an Ionospheric Heater?

Definition: “Powerful HF transmitter (2.8 to 10 MHz) that induces controlled temporary modification to the electron temperature at desired altitude”.

What does that mean?

Heater antenna arrays pump electricity from the ground into space. This artificial electrical alteration of our ionosphere creates many different effects. Scientists doing these experiments do so without any oversight. These experiments are highly controversial and likely are affecting more than just our atmosphere, they may be affecting your mood.

HAARP is currently the most powerful Ionospheric Heater in the world.

HAARP was originally designed by the military and eventually sold to the University of Alaska because the military had "moved on to better ways to control the ionosphere," referring to satellite and mobile ionospheric heaters.

What is HAARP?

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a 3.6 million watt ionospheric heater antenna array operated by the University of Alaska in Gakona, Alaska. Since the Limited Test Ban Treaty over 50 years ago, extremely high-powered radars have been heating rocket exhaust plumes and barium clouds to measure and alter our space environment.

Why Heat the Ionosphere?

The “Christofilos Effect”

During the upper-atmospheric (space-based) nuclear test explosions of the 1950's, Nicholas Christofilos discovered how whistler waves, a type of electromagnetic/radio-frequency radiation, raced from pole to pole along the Van Allen Belts, destroying satellites in low Earth orbit.

Christofilos's discovery is still in use today under many new names. The Christofilos Effect is now a geophysical weapon, a Star Wars defense system, and a last hope short-circuit for an EMP or solar flare related doomsday.

Before the discovery of the natural Van Allen belts in 1958, N. C. Christofilos had suggested in October 1957 that many observable geophysical effects could be produced by a nuclear explosion at high altitude in the upper atmosphere. This suggestion was reduced to practice with the sponsorship of the Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) of the Department of Defense and under the overall direction of Herbert York, who was then Chief Scientist of ARPA. It required only four months from the time it was decided to proceed with the tests until the first bomb was exploded. The code name of the project was Argus. Three events took place in the South Atlantic. ... Following these events, artificial belts of trapped radiation were observed.

A general description of trapped radiation is as follows. Charged particles move in spirals around magnetic-field lines. The pitch angle (the angle between the direction of the motion of the particle and direction of the field line) has a low value at the equator and increases while the particle moves down a field line in the direction where the magnetic field strength increases. When the pitch angle becomes 90 degrees, the particle must move in the other direction, up the field lines, until the process repeats itself at the other end. The particle is continuously reflected at the two mirror points — it is trapped in the field. Because of asymmetries in the field, the particles also drift around the earth, electrons towards the east. Thus, they form a shell around the earth similar in shape to the surface formed by a field line rotated around the magnetic dipole axis. - List of Artificial Radiation Belts - Wikipedia

The electromagnetic pulse generated by the explosion and the “Christofilos Effect” — the creation of an artificial radiation belt around the Earth — could cripple “low Earth orbit” satellites and with them many of the world’s communications systems, Jane’s reported.

A high-altitude explosion “produces an artificial radiation belt that, within weeks to at most months, delivers a lethal dose of radiation to satellites,” said Dennis Papadopoulos, a scientist at the University of Maryland who worked with Nicholas Christofilos, who predicted the effect.

“If someone were to explode a 10-kiloton nuclear weapon at a high enough altitude over their own territory, 90 percent of the world’s low Earth orbit satellites would be lost within a month,” Papadopoulos said. - Christofilos effect - Wikipedia, censored version =)

Sounding Rockets & Chemical Releases

Tweet by Chris Fallen
Tweet from Chris Fallen, Director of HAARP on Sounding Rockets and legitimate chemtrails - Chemical Tracer from a Previous Rocket Launch (NASA)

Upper atmospheric chemical releases from cannons, sounding rockets and satellites became common after upper atmospheric nuclear explosions were banned shortly following Operation Argus, Starfish Prime, and Project Westford ( space needles).

Immediately upon release, these chemicals will spread based on upper-atmospheric winds and some may attach to magnetic and field-aligned current allowing scientists to use them as a tracer, making the invisible visible. Lithium is unique because it is visible during daylight. Once military analysts can see and diagnose the ionosphere it is now time to fix it! High powered microwave transmission antennas, in large radio frequency transmitter arrays called Ionospheric Heaters, cook the ionosphere and the plasma clouds made by the chemical releases. These chemical dumps can consist of:

  1. Trimethyl Aluminum (TMA)
  2. Barium
  3. Lithium
  4. Strontium
  5. Calcium
  6. Sulfur Hexaflouride (SF6)

Sounding Rockets & Vapor Tracers

Sounding rockets have been used since the 1950’s to study the upper atmosphere and ionosphere and to aid in understanding the Earth’s near-space environment. The rockets follow parabolic or “U-shaped” trajectories, providing nearly vertical paths along their ascent and descent. Whereas the overall time in space is brief (typically 5–20 minutes), for a well-placed scientific experiment launched into a geophysical phenomena of interest, the short time and low vehicle speeds are more than adequate (in some cases they are ideal) to carry out a successful scientific experiment. Furthermore, there are some important regions of space that are too low to be sampled by satellite instruments (i.e., the lower ionosphere/upper atmosphere below 81 miles or 130 kilometers altitude) and thus sounding rockets provide the only platforms that can carry out direct in situ measurements in these regions.

Most sounding rockets carry scientific instruments into space, which relay their measurements to the ground using radio-wave telemetry. The long list of scientific achievements in the near-space environment provided by sounding rocket instruments range from discovering how energetic electrons create the aurora borealis at high latitudes, to characterizing the intense electrical currents (the “electrojet”) flowing near 65 miles (105 kilometers) altitude at the magnetic equator, to revealing the presence of long-lived trails of metallic ions in the lower ionosphere that are created by the influx of meteors at mid-latitudes.

In addition to gathering measurements using instruments, another standard sounding rocket experiment used by scientists involves the creation of visible trails and “clouds” through the release of vapors that either glow on their own (i.e., luminescence) or scatter sunlight. Scientists monitor and take pictures of the subsequent trails and clouds for extended time periods in order to learn how the upper atmosphere and/or the ionosphere moves and evolves. - Source: NASA and Vapor Tracers
